DATA
ARCHITECTURES &
USER INTEGRITY.
At EngineVera, we treat data privacy as a core engineering constraint. In the same way we optimize draw calls for mobile hardware, we optimize for the minimum footprint of personal information necessary to deliver high-performance gaming experiences.

Information Acquisition
We collect information through three specific integration points: technical headers, account registration, and optional feedback loops. When you access enginevera.pro or use our software, we log non-identifiable technical metadata such as IP addresses (anonymized at the subnet level), device identifiers for hardware compatibility checking, and browsing patterns.
This data helps us solve real engineering hurdles—such as preventing thermal throttling on mid-range Android devices or ensuring our OpenGL ES 3.0 implementations remain stable across various GPU architectures. We do not link this technical performance data to your real-world identity unless you explicitly create a developer account.
Security Protocols
Your personal information is stored behind secured networks. Access is limited to a small number of C++ systems engineers who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential. All sensitive data is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored behind high-level firewalls.
Usage Constraints
We utilize your information to personalize your development portal experience, improve our website responsiveness, and process high-frequency transaction requests for asset licensing. We strictly adhere to GDPR and German data protection laws (BDSG).
THIRD-PARTY VECTORS.
03.1 No Sales
EngineVera does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This excludes website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
03.2 Legal Release
We may release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to third parties for marketing or advertising optimizations.
03.3 Tracking
We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website that utilize behavioral profiling. Our site honors "Do Not Track" signals and does not plant cookies or use advertising when a DNT browser mechanism is in place.
Questions regarding our methodology?
Our data controller team is available for technical audits and policy inquiries during standard operating hours.
User Command Functions
Procedures for data management and deletion
You have the right to request the total purging of your personal records from our databases. This action is irreversible. Once triggered, all associated licenses, developer credentials, and project history tied to your identity will be destroyed within 14 business days.
Required: Verification of identity through PGP-signed email or authenticated portal token.
In accordance with GDPR Article 20, you may request a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable copy of your personal data. We deliver these snapshots in .JSON or .CSV formats, optimized for ingestion into other development environments or personal record systems.
If your data is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to demand update. Modifications to legal entities or tax IDs require supporting documentation. Basic user profile changes can be executed instantly through the EngineVera dashboard in the "Settings" module.
