Terms of
Service
This document governs the engineering standards, usage limits, and legal protocols for the EngineVera platform and its associated SDKs. Accessing our infrastructure constitutes a binding technical agreement.
01. Service Infrastructure
Acceptance of Engineering Protocols
By utilizing EngineVera’s development environment, you acknowledge that our services are provided on an "as-is" basis, optimized for specific hardware archetypes (e.g., Vulkan-compatible Android handsets). Any deviation from the established API documentation results in a forfeiture of performance guarantees. We prioritize system stability and thermal efficiency; therefore, usage that triggers excessive draw calls or memory leaks beyond specified thresholds may result in temporary account suspension for infrastructure protection.
Account Integrity
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their deployment keys. Any automated requests exceeding 1,000 queries per minute without pre-authorized high-load clearance will be flagged as anomalous activity.
Request High-Load KeyDecision Lens: Performance vs Compatibility
Optimization target
EngineVera prioritizes 60fps frame-pacing and minimal battery drain over legacy device support (OpenGL ES 2.0 and below).
User Sacrifice
By using our cutting-edge optimization stack, users accept that older hardware populations (pre-2020) may experience reduced visual fidelity.
02. Intellectual
Property Forge
The algorithms, shader libraries, and compression methodologies developed by EngineVera remain the exclusive property of the company. We provide a non-exclusive, revocable license for development purposes only.
Code Extraction Prohibited
Decompiling or reverse-engineering our core APK optimization wrappers results in immediate termination of all enterprise agreements.
Derivative Assets
Any visual assets generated using our proprietary noise floor algorithms are co-owned unless an "Ultimate Asset Extension" is purchased.
03. Liability Constraints
PROTO_RELEASE_LEGAL_07
"EngineVera operates at the edge of mobile hardware performance. By integrating our SDK, you accept the calculated risk of high-intensity duty cycles across varying CPU architectures."
Method Note on Liability Evaluation:
Our risk-assessment model evaluates potential downtime versus performance gain. We sacrifice 0.1% uptime for a 15% reduction in API latency. EngineVera shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform-specific firmware bugs beyond our direct binary control. This includes thermal throttling incidents caused by 3rd party cooling failures on mid-range handsets.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to the "Engine Forge" portal for any user engaging in behavior that violates German digital commerce laws or compromises the integrity of our shared server clusters.
Termination does not absolve the user of outstanding technical debt or financial obligations incurred during the active billing cycle.
Governance
These terms are strictly governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively within the courts of Berlin.
